Applications for Festivale 2027 have now closed.

Applications officially closed on 27 July, however you are still welcome to submit an application after this date. Late applications will be placed on a waitlist and considered if suitable spaces become available due to cancellations or changes in stall allocations. If a space becomes available that matches your application, the Festivale team will contact you directly

Festivale is one of Tasmania’s most iconic food and beverage events, offering stallholders the chance to showcase the state’s finest produce. Over three days, 30,000 visitors gather in City Park to enjoy Tasmania’s premium food, wine, beer, cider, and spirits in a vibrant festival atmosphere.
