Festivale is Tasmania’s premium summer event – a three day celebration designed to showcase Tasmanian food, beverages and entertainment. Staged in Launceston’s iconic City Park, the ambiance of this outdoor event is unique.

Festivale attracts around 30,000 patrons over the three-day event.

Around 70 stallholders attend Festivale showcasing the best of Tasmania’s fine food, produce and beverages.

HOW WE WILL ASSESS YOUR APPLICATION

Once your completed application has been received, it will be assessed against the Stallholder Criteria. Although your application may have addressed all criteria, you are not guaranteed a site at Festivale.

In view of the demand and limited number of sites available, we will choose applicants that exhibit excellence, diversity, innovation and commitment to the use of Tasmanian produce and who will work collaboratively with event organisers to ensure patrons enjoy Festivale and continue to return each year.

Stall Costs

Every stallholder’s setup is different, so stall fees are based on your individual requirements. Pricing will vary depending on the size of your site, whether you’re trading from a marquee or food van, and any gas or electricity needs. Can I apply after applications close?

Yes. Applications officially close on 27 July , however you are still welcome to submit an application after this date. Late applications will be placed on a waitlist and considered if suitable spaces become available due to cancellations or changes in stall allocations. If a space becomes available that matches your application, the Festivale team will contact you directly.

Where can I find the list of stallholders?

These will be announced on August 28th

How do I become a stallholder?

Applying to become a stallholder is easy. Simply click on the apply now button at the top of the page and complete the online application form. Once your application has been submitted, it will be reviewed by the Festivale team.
