- Entry to the Event is at your own risk. THE LAUNCESTON FESTIVALE COMMITTEE INC (FESTIVALE), its employees and agents are not responsible for any loss, injury or damage, howsoever caused.
- FESTIVALE and its agents reserves the right to refuse admission and to remove persons from the Event for any reason including behaviour likely to cause damage, nuisance or annoyance or for failure to comply with the reasonable requests of FESTIVALE or its representatives staffing the Event.
- No alcohol, glass, fireworks, sparklers or similar articles are to be brought onto the site – any found will be confiscated and may result in refused entry or removal from the Event.
- NO REFUNDS will be made in any case – this includes the substitution of any promoted act or event due to circumstances beyond the control of FESTIVALE.
- No Weapons or illegal substances of any type are permitted at the Event and any person in possession of such articles will be refused entry or removed from the Event.
- FESTIVALE, its employees and agents are not responsible for any loss of property at the Event. Any items left at the Event will be held by Security on site and if not claimed will be surrendered to the Launceston Police Station on the first Tuesday post the Event.
- FESTIVALE and its security personnel may conduct bag or person searches and you agree to submit to such searches.
- No animals will be admitted to the Event (assistance & guide dogs exempt).
- No unauthorised trading is permitted within the Event or on any surrounding area under the control of FESTIVALE.
- Pass outs will be issued in the form of a wristband for each patron which must not be tampered with. Failure to comply will result in refusal to reenter the Event. Re-entry to the Event is permitted only until event capacity is reached. Gate sale tickets will not be available after 10pm on Friday and Saturday or after 3 pm on Sunday. Entry is not permitted after this time and re-entry after these times permitted only with pass outs.
- FESTIVALE and/or employed audio visual contractors of FESTIVALE may record the Event. Your attendance at the Event shall constitute your approval for inclusion within the filming, audio recording and still photography and you give your approval/permission for FESTIVALE to make full use of the recordings and the footage taken without any recourse to you.
- No unauthorised filming/sound recording is allowed – any breach will lead to confiscation of equipment.
- In the interests of public safety, FESTIVALE and its agents reserves the right to request you to leave the event at any time for safety reasons and or immediately after the Event.
- IN THE CASE OF EMERGENCY, please follow all directives of security personnel and staff
- You will be exposed to loud music at the Event and to occasional coarse language that may offend. Do not enter the Event if this is not acceptable to you
- No moshing or crowd surfing is permitted
- FESTIVALE is a smoke free and vape free event. Smoking or vaping is prohibited within the event within 10 meters of any entrance to the event unless within the designated smoking area.
- We recommend Tixel as the platform for reselling tickets. Tickets may not be resold for an amount exceeding 110% of the original supply cost of the ticket. Tickets must not be used for advertising, promotion or other commercial purposes. If a ticket is sold or used in breach of this condition, the bearer of the ticket will be refused admission to the Venue and the Organiser may take further legal action against any parties that have breached this condition. The Organiser does not guarantee the authenticity of tickets purchased from unauthorised third-party resellers or resale sites.
- Reserved seating substitutions are permitted only on the day of your valid ticket purchase. The person named on the table reservation must be present at the Information Booth to request any substitutions. They must bring both the departing and incoming individuals so that wristbands can be removed and reissued accordingly. The number of people at the reserved table must never exceed its maximum capacity.
