What's New in 2018
In 2018, Festivale moves to a new weekend, coming forward by one week. This change is due to City Park being used for the Commonwealth Games Baton Relay meaning we wouldn’t be able to get Festivale set up in time for our Friday night opening.
So the great news is the dates for 2018 are the 2nd, 3rd and 4th of February. Festivale will continue to be on the 1st weekend in February for future years.
There will also be some exciting changes starting with a record number of stallholders, more entertainment options and some extraordinary new spaces so you can enjoy Festivale just the way you like.
The Festivale lineup has launched
• Headline acts for each night on the VJAM stage
• Celebrity chef for Festivale shows and luncheon
• New spaces and entertainment places!

Farewell to Lou...
We wanted to take this time to thank Louise Clark for 17 years of dedication to the Festivale committee with TEN years as Chairman.
Festivale is organised by a volunteer committee and the growth of the event over the last decade has been in no small part due to Lou’s leadership and countless hours working to build something great for our region. Lou will be taking more time to spend with her family and looks forward to being at Festivale 2018 as a patron where she can a wine or two during the event.
Thanks again Lou!
Lou is pictured here with new Chairman David Dunn.
Meet Sharmans Wines
Sharmans remind us that what's in the soil is in the vine, what's in the vine is in the grape and what's in the grape is in the wine.
It's lucky then that Sharman's Wines are planted on north-facing slopes, where the soils are clay-based and sufficiently austere to produce slow-ripening of the grapes, enabling a full development of flavour and complexity in their wines.
