How Do I Get There?
Held annually in Launceston’s historic City Park on the corners of Tamar, Brisbane, Lawrence and Cimitiere Streets.
If you are travelling from interstate, you can fly into Launceston from Melbourne, approximately a 50 minute flight or Sydney, only an hour and 20 minutes or board the Spirit of Tasmania from Melbourne to Devonport. Travel can be booked through:

Transport to Festivale
Many of Launceston's hotels are within walking distance of Launceston's City Park however if you do intend to drive to or from Festivale or require public transport there are a number of options for you to choose from.
Taxis are available from the rank located in Cimitiere, Tamar and George Street, Launceston.

Disabled Parking & Accessible Ticket Booth
Disabled parking is available in Tamar Street near the Tamar Street entrance to City Park. Parking bays will be designated as disabled parking. An accessible ticket booth is located at Tamar Street entrance.
Cycle Racks - Tamar Bicycle Users Group
Available inside the Tamar Street entrance for patrons wishing to ride bikes to Festivale. The cycle racks will be manned by the Tamar Bicycle Users Group. Racks will be available from Saturday 11am - 5pm and Sunday from 10am. TBUG are also happy to look after your pram, should you wish to park it. Please note that bikes and prams are left at the owner's risk.
Metro Buses offer additional complimentary services departing from Festivale to most suburbs. Details for 2018 will be published when available.
