What to do with excess potatoes... you make vodka of course!
Hellfire Bluff Distillery are the only potato vodka distillery in Tasmania and as potato farmers, it makes for a perfect combination.
About 20% of their potatoes don't make it to the supermarket shelf due to being 'second grade' so 10% goes to their Distillery and 10% goes into making Woolworths Potato Salad.
From the paddock to the bottle, using the most pristine, local water. It doesn't get more local or pure than that.
