We received over 100 applications for stalls at Festivale 2019. We have been able to accept 80 of these due to space constraints but we have an exciting array of food and beverages (including some past favourites along with some great new and innovative ones). Stallholders feature an amazing range of quality Tasmanian producers showcasing food, wine, beer, cider, whisky and spirits, coffee and non-alcoholic beverages, there is sure to be something to tempt your tastebuds.
We have some exciting multicultural foods reflecting our local community, as well as some exciting new cooking initiatives, and we welcomed some additional vegan and vegetarian options.
