Stallholders feature an amazing range of quality Tasmanian producers showcasing food, wine, beer, cider, whisky and spirits, coffee and non-alcoholic beverages, there is sure to be something to tempt your tastebuds.
In 2017 we have received a record number of stallholder applications for the 2018 event - well inexcess of 120 including 30 first-time applicants. We like to keep our weighting of food to beverage very even of which was exhibited this year. A number of stalls this year offered share platters in response to feedback we have received from our patron surveys at the 2017 event. We had some exciting multicultural foods reflecting our local community, as well as some exciting new cooking initiatives, and we welcomed some additional vegan and vegetarian options. So there really was something for everyone at Festivale 2018.
