More details about the 2018 stallholders will be available later in December 2017, including their exciting menus.
Featuring an amazing range of quality Tasmanian producers showcasing food, wine, beer, cider, whisky and spirits, coffee and non-alcoholic beverages, there is sure to be something to tempt your tastebuds.
This year we have received a record number of stallholder applications - over 100 including 30 first-time applicants. The split of stallholders will be approximately 55% food and 45% beverage.
A number of stalls this year will be offering share platters in response to feedback we have received from patrons at the 2017 event. We have some exciting multicultural foods reflecting our local community, as well as some exciting new cooking initiatives, and we welcome some additional vegan and vegetarian options. So there really is something for everyone at Festivale 2018.
