Festivale

In 2012 Festivale has introduced the inaugural Festivale Wine Awards. The Awards are open to all wine stallholders at the 2012 event. Wines entered in the awards must be available for purchase at Festivale 2012. 

Winners will be awarded in the following classes:

• Sparkling

• Riesling

• Chardonnay

• Pinot Noir

Winners will be announced on Thursday 9 February 2012 at the official launch of Festivale 2012. Winners will be notified by Friday 10 February 2012. The Awards will be judged by Winsor Dobbin, freelance feature writer specialising in food wine and travel and James Welsh, sommelier, Stillwater and Black Cow restaurants.
