Festivale

The Launceston Festivale Committee Inc is made up of volunteers. The Committee spends many hours throughout the year organising and planning  Festivale to ensure that we deliver a uniquely Tasmanian food and wine experience on the second weekend in February every year.

The Launceston Festivale Committee Inc employs a full time Sponsorship & Event executive and a casual Event Officer to assist in the year-round planning and management of Festivale. Each Committee member brings experience and expertise to the event in areas such as entertainment, food and wine, logistics and marketing.

Provide services for the Lost Children Area

New Directions
Provide a range of activities in the children’s area

Playgroup Association
Provide a range of activities in the children’s area

Newstead Child Health
Provide facilities for nursing mothers

Tamar Sunrise Rotary Club
Provide assistance at the Information Tent

Cancer Council
Provide sunscreen for those in need

Provide students from the Student Executive to assist with the Festivale survey.

Riverside Lions Club
Provide gate services over the three day event

St John Ambulance
Provide all of Festivale's first aid requirements
